Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Appliance

  Carefully repack the unit in its original factory crate or box, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective foam are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  For large appliances, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to pick up the item from your location; for smaller items, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the appliance is in new, uninstalled condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
